According to a statement by the Peruvian Commission on Dumping, Subsidies and the Removal of Non-Tariff Trade Barriers of the National Institute for the Protection of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), Peru from November 10, 2025. repealed the provisional anti-dumping duty on imported rope manufactured in China.
The provisional anti-dumping duty of $64.6 per tonne was effective July 9, 2025. Peru initiated an investigation into the goods in question in January 2025.
This product is a non-alloy low- and high-carbon steel barrel of round section with a smooth surface with a diameter of 5.5 to 16 mm.
